NEW KIT – CYSDV (DAS-ELISA)

DAS-ELISA. The Cucurbit yellow stunting disorder virus (CYSDV), which belongs to the family Closteroviridae and genus Crinivirus, infects Cucurbitaceae in the Middle East and the Mediterranean rim (Egypt, Morocco, Spain, Portugal, South of France since 2001) .

Transmitted by Bemisia tabaci in a semi-persistent fashion, this virus causes interveinal yellowing on the basal leaves of cucurbits, and is reported to cause severe economic losses on cucumber in Lebanon.
